We are seeking an outgoing, highly driven, strong willed, independent individual who will mainly be responsible for contacting delinquent borrowers. You will also be responsible for pursuing payment resolutions, processing loss mitigation files, and other assigned duties in support of the overall success of the department. Some evenings and Saturdays required – can be flexible.
The successful candidate possesses communication and listening skills, attentiveness to detail and teamwork, organizational and problem-solving abilities. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. A college degree is preferred but will consider offsetting experience. Opportunity for advancement.
