Loss Mitigation Program

Crown Mortgage Company offers 6 unique government regulated Loss Mitigation Mortgage Programs, one of which has been designed especially for you to help you save your home.

In order for you to be in the program designed best for you, Crown needs you to complete the following information. The sooner we receive the documentation, the sooner we can help you save your home. Any missing items means an automatic reject.

q Go to http://www.makinghomeaffordable.gov/ to see if you are eligible.

q Print your certification, if approved.

q Print and complete the HUD Government Regulated Request for Financial Information Form and the HAMP Financial Information Forms

q Copies of your most recent telephone, gas, electric, cell phone(s), Internet and cable bills

q Copy of your last two(2) pay stubs (Earning Statements)

   If there is more than one person working per household, include a copy of last two(2) pay stubs for EACH person receiving an income

q Make a list of dollar amounts being paid the past month on credit cards and/or personal loans

q Copy of your W-2’s, 1040’s and 1099’s for the last two(2) years

q Copy of Social Security Check and/or pension, if applicable

q Copy of three(3) months of Bank Statements (Checking and Savings)

q Copy of his and/or her Driver License (front and back)
